Bought a ticket? Your tickets, the calendar file and any refund you are entitled to are all on the link in your ticket email. Lost the email? Use "Find my tickets" on the organiser's event page with the email you bought with. Questions about the event itself (times, age limits, refunds beyond the stated policy) go to the organiser, whose details are on the event page.
