Create your event
Name, date, a picture and your ticket types: Early bird, Standard, Child, Table for 4. Set a capacity if you have one. Takes a few minutes.
Connect Stripe and share your link
Paid tickets need a Stripe account, which takes about five minutes to set up from your dashboard. Then put your event link on Facebook, WhatsApp, posters and your website.
Scan them in at the door
Buyers get QR tickets by email. Your staff open the door app on any phone and scan. Green tick, in they go. It even works when the pub wifi does not.

Money straight to you
Buyers pay on a secure Stripe page. The money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank. We never hold it.

Percent or pounds off, limited uses, start and end dates, for one event or all of them. Great for members and early birds.
Waitlist when sold out
Sold out? People leave their email. When a ticket comes back, everyone waiting is told and the first to buy gets it.
Refunds in one click
Set a refund policy per event. Buyers cancel themselves within it, or you refund any order in full or in part. Cancel an event and everyone is refunded for you.

Fair pricing
Free events are free. Paid tickets are pay as you go.
No monthly fee unless you want one. On Pay as you go we take 4.5% + 25p on each paid ticket, and you decide whether the buyer pays that on top or you absorb it. Free tickets never cost a penny.
A £10 ticket on Pay as you go. Pass the fee on and the buyer pays £10.70, you receive £10 minus Stripe's card fee. Absorb it and the buyer pays £10, you receive £9.30 minus Stripe's card fee. Stripe's fee for UK cards is about 1.5% + 20p.
Standard is for organisers who sell enough that a flat £9.99 a month (or £99 a year) beats the per ticket fee, and who want texts, reports and their own event page address. Pro adds questions at checkout, recurring events and priority help.
No set up fees, no per event fees, no charge on free tickets. Your ticket money goes to your Stripe account, not ours. Cancel a paid plan and you keep your events and data on the free plan.

Common questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is for free events: up to 200 tickets a month, your own event page, tickets by email with QR codes and the door scanner app. No card needed to start and it does not run out.
How much does it cost to sell paid tickets?
On Pay as you go there is no monthly fee. We take 4.5% + 25p on each paid ticket, taken automatically when the buyer pays. You choose per event whether the buyer pays that fee on top of the ticket price or you absorb it. Stripe's own card fee (about 1.5% + 20p for UK cards) comes off separately, the same as any card payment. Standard and Pro are a flat monthly or yearly price with no commission.
When do I get paid?
Ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe account as people buy, not to us. Stripe pays it out to your bank on a rolling schedule (usually a few days after each sale, and you can change the schedule in Stripe). We never hold your money.
Do I need a website?
No. Every organiser gets an event page at its own link that you can share on social media, WhatsApp, posters and Google. If you do have a website, you can embed your events or a single event with one line of code.
