Built around how a real event night works
A quiz that sells out, a gig with early birds, a comedy night with tables, a charity dinner with dietary questions. Everything here exists because an organiser asked for it.
An event page people can buy from in under a minute
Your organiser page lists everything coming up, with pictures, dates and "from £X". Each event has its own page with the details, a ticket picker and a short form: name, email, phone if you want it. Pay on a secure Stripe page and the tickets are in their inbox before they have put the phone down.
Show how many tickets are left if you want the urgency, hide it if you do not. Sales open and close when you say.
Ticket types that match how you sell
Early bird until a date, Standard, Child, Concession, VIP, Table for 4. Each type has its own price, how many there are, when it goes on sale, and the least and most per order. A ticket can admit more than one person, so a table is one QR code, not four.
Set an overall capacity and the types share it. Hide a type to sell it only by hand at the door.
QR tickets by email, that work at the door
Every admission is its own ticket with a long random code in a QR. It goes in the email as a picture (so it works with no signal), on a web page the buyer can open any time, and as an Apple Wallet style card on the phone. A calendar file and a manage link come with it.
A reminder goes out the day before, and a thank you with a review link after.
A door app that lives on a phone
Open it on any phone, pick tonight's event, point the camera at a ticket. Big green tick to let them in; big red cross if it has already been used (with who scanned it and when), was cancelled, or is for a different night. Search by name or email when someone has lost their email, and add a walk in on the spot.
It keeps a copy of the ticket list on the phone, so scanning carries on when the wifi drops, and syncs up when it comes back. A live count shows how many are in.
Money straight to you, through Stripe
You connect your own Stripe account from the dashboard (about five minutes, Stripe asks the usual identity and bank questions). From then on every sale is a charge on your account and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its normal schedule. We take our fee on the way through and never hold your money.
Refunds come out of your Stripe balance and our fee is returned in proportion, so you are never out of pocket for our cut on a ticket you refunded.
Refunds, cancellations and sold out nights
Set a refund policy per event: none, up to N days before, or any time before it starts. Buyers can cancel themselves within your policy. You can refund any order in full or in part, cancel some tickets and keep the rest, or cancel the whole event and let us refund and email everyone.
Sold out? The page offers a waitlist. When tickets come back, everyone waiting gets an email and the first to buy gets them.
Discount codes and questions at checkout
Codes for members, students, early birds or a Facebook post: percent or pounds off, limited uses, start and end dates, for one event or all of them. On Pro, ask buyers questions at checkout, per order or per ticket: dietary needs, t-shirt size, the name of each guest.
Works on any website, or none
Your event page has its own link you can share anywhere. If you have a website, embed all your events or a single event with an iframe, a one line script, or a "Get tickets" button that opens it in an overlay. There is a QR poster per event for the bar and the window too.
<script src="https://ticketz.uk/embed.js" data-url="https://yourname.ticketz.uk" data-event="comedy-night"></script>Know your customers
Every order goes into a customer list you can search and export. See who comes to what, add notes, and (on Standard and above) text them a confirmation or a reminder, and email your own mailing list of people who ticked the box at checkout.
Reports show sales by event, ticket type, day and source, with what you took and what you paid in fees.
Spam and hoarding protection
Rate limits per connection, a hidden honeypot, optional Cloudflare Turnstile, and a daily cap on orders per email and phone number. Unpaid orders release their tickets after 30 minutes so nothing sits held. Every code is long and random, so tickets cannot be guessed or forged.
